- Logos, graphics, and visual elements
7. Service Availability
No Guarantees: These applications are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access
- That the applications will be error-free or bug-free
- That data will be preserved or backed up
- That the applications will meet your specific requirements
- That the applications will be maintained or updated
